- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Track project progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and other teams.
- Monitor resources, manpower, materials, and project requirements.
- Identify schedule delays, risks, and dependencies and report them to management.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Follow up with teams to ensure planned activities are completed on time.
- Analyze project data and help management make planning decisions.
- Maintain documentation and planning records.
