Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location : Pali and nearby towns - Osian, Sojat, etc.
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographic region. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing distributors/retailers, and leading the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify and onboard new channel partners (DSAs, connectors, builders,).
- Expand customer base through direct sourcing and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.
- Monitor performance, provide training, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
- Sales Operations
- Ensure smooth processing of loan applications from sourcing to disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams to maintain portfolio quality.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
- Customer Relationship
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of sales experience (Home Loans/LAP)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented with good market knowledge
- Willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
