Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Training, or Education Services.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience in handling Profit & Loss responsibilities will be an added advantage.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Profit Centre Manager is responsible for the complete ownership and management of the centre as an independent business unit. The role carries full accountability for revenue generation, profitability, sales performance, operational excellence, training quality, marketing initiatives, and team leadership.
The incumbent will ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets, efficient centre operations, high-quality training delivery, and sustainable profitability. This position requires a strong business leader with a sales-driven mindset, operational expertise, and the ability to make data-backed decisions.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
