Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, peeling, etc.)
- Prepare ingredients as per recipes and chef instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and work areas
- Wash, clean, and store kitchen equipment properly
- Help in receiving and storing food supplies
- Ensure proper food handling and safety standards
- Dispose of kitchen waste regularly
- Support chefs during busy hours and service time
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
