We are looking for an HR Executive to manage factory HR operations, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, and workforce management for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have experience handling blue-collar workforce, factory compliance, and day-to-day HR activities on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance, leave records, shift management, and manpower availability.
- Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, overtime records, and wage-related documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, counseling, and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and employee record management.
- Monitor contract labor compliance and maintain contractor-related documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory record maintenance.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, absenteeism, manpower, attrition, and compliance.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Assist department heads in workforce planning and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Organize training programs related to safety, workplace discipline, and employee development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA in HR, Personnel Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Factory HR, Manufacturing HR, or Industrial Relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in attendance management, payroll coordination, and workforce administration.
- Good communication and employee-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and attendance management systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of industrial relations and shop-floor HR operations.
- Ability to work closely with production and factory teams.
- Experience in garment, textile, apparel, or manufacturing industries preferred.
