Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, including Facade Design and general Facade engineering concepts.
- Proficiency in Building Envelope design, including performance, durability, and detailing considerations.
- Solid foundation in Structural Engineering principles as they apply to facade components and support systems.
- Understanding of Building Physics related to thermal performance, air and moisture control, and energy efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for facade detailing and coordination.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into buildable facade solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail and constructability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
- Prior experience in facade projects or building envelope design is preferred; familiarity with relevant codes and standards is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
