Role Purpose:
Senior Staff Nurse - Critical Care of 2050 Healthcare plays a critical role in healthcare facilities by ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Deliverables of the Role:
Clinical Oversight:
- Defines, implements, and evaluates the patient care delivery system used in the Rehab care environment of 2050 Healthcare.
Patient Care & Safety:
- Monitor and observe the key aspect of patient safety, spend more time with patients to keep them safe from all aspects.
- Need to vigilant and monitor all complications, from bedsores to infections etc of Rehab Care Patients.
- Plan for effective patient care by collecting data pertinent for assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing actions to ensure quality patient care.
- Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care with effectiveness and efficiency of systems.
- Make changes based on evaluation and supports interdisciplinary performance improvement efforts for smooth patient care.
Emergency Response:
- Need to provide first aid, advanced clinical care, and lifesaving medications.
- Allocate the resources and monitor ongoing physical and mental health needs of home care patients.

Minimum 2 year of experience as a Senior Staff Nurse - Critical Care.
Qualification
GNM / B.sc Nursing
Domain knowledge & and expertise
Progressive experience in clinical rehabilitation nursing and nursing management. Certification in rehabilitation nursing (or obtained are eligible).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
