Project specific Prerequisite skills
Absence Management/ Oracle Time & Labor. we Need OTL ( Time and Labor) Function along with Absence Functional. Both are mandatory.
Detailed JD
· Functional consultant
· Absence Management ( Functional)
· Oracle Time & Labor ( Functional)
· Lead client workshops to analyze absence policies (vacation, sick leave, maternity) and time/labor rules. Translate business needs into functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks
· Configure complex absence plans, accruals, qualifications, and certification rules. Set up OTL components including time entry layouts, shifts, schedules, policies, and approval hierarchies
· Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas to handle custom accrual calculations, eligibility rules, and time entry validation
· Prepare test scenarios, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate defect resolution
· Ensure seamless integration between OTL, Absence, Core HR, and Payroll modules
