Position: Academic Counsellor (Fresher / Experienced)
Are you passionate about guiding students and helping them build successful careers? Join the Pikazzo Institute team and become the first point of contact for aspiring students.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, positive, and student-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is a plus).
- Freshers are welcome. Prior counselling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Graduation preferred.
