Job Title: Academic TrainerJob Summary:
The Academic Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for educators, students, or academic staff to enhance teaching methodologies, subject knowledge, and learning outcomes. The role involves curriculum development, instructional design, and continuous evaluation of training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for teachers or students
- Design academic content, lesson plans, and training materials
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps
- Train educators on modern teaching methods, classroom management, and use of technology
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking
- Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring to educators/students
- Stay updated with latest educational trends, curriculum changes, and teaching tools
- Collaborate with academic teams to improve curriculum and instructional strategies
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong subject matter expertise (based on domain: K-12, competitive exams, higher education, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
- B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferred for school-level training roles)
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or academic content development
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in teaching or academic training (varies by organization)
- Experience in EdTech or coaching institutes is a plus

Work Environment:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
