Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Website Developer with a strong background in modern web technologies and WordPress development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and successfully deploying high-performance websites.
This role requires someone who understands both development and SEO, and can independently manage end-to-end website execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications
- Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor
- Design responsive, fast-loading UI using Tailwind CSS
- Develop frontend interfaces using React.js
- Build backend systems using Node.js
- Ensure website performance, security, and scalability
- Implement SEO best practices across websites
- Configure and optimize Rank Math SEO plugin
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
- Manage hosting, deployments, and live site maintenance
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong experience in:
- WordPress development (custom + Elementor)
- React.js
- Node.js
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Tailwind CSS
- Good understanding of:
- Full-stack development architecture
- REST APIs
- Proven experience in:
- SEO optimization
- Rank Math setup and configuration
- Website performance optimization
- Experience working on live, successful websites
- Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, etc.)
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience
- Must have completed and deployed real websites
- Ability to work independently (no hand-holding)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and accountability
Preferred
- Based in or around Chennai, Should have worked on several websites before..
- Experience working with business/Ecommerce websites
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
