Position: Site Supervisor – Construction
Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Chennai / Project Site
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Check the quality and progress of construction work.
- Maintain daily work progress and site records.
- Take basic site measurements and verify completed work.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Report site issues, delays, and requirements to the Site Engineer.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and site rules.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic civil construction activities.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, shuttering, and finishing works.
- Good manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity checking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Preferred Experience
2–3 years of experience in building construction or construction site supervision.
