Courier Management & Admin Officer – Key Roles & Responsibilities (with ERP Exposure)
- Manage inward and outward courier dispatches, deliveries, and tracking.
- Create and maintain courier records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate sample, document, and parcel movements between departments and customers.
- Generate courier-related MIS reports through ERP for management review.
- Verify courier invoices and process payments through ERP workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, Proof of Delivery (POD), and acknowledgements.
- Monitor courier costs and analyze expenses using ERP reports.
- Manage office stationery and consumable inventories through ERP inventory modules.
- Support audits (SEDEX, ICS, ISO, Customer Audits) by providing required records and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective administrative services.
ERP Exposure: ERP data entry, courier tracking, inventory management, invoice verification, vendor master maintenance, report generation, and document management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,827.36 per month
