Sales Head – Furniture Industry
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in furniture sales, business development, channel management. Experience in the furniture field is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and key clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Manage both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales activities
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual sales goals
Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams for smooth business execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in the furniture industry
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or managerial role
Strong knowledge of furniture market, distribution channels, and customer handling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage targets and deliver results under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
