Position: Coordinator – Travel Desk
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, faculty, and guests.
- Handle flight, train, and hotel bookings efficiently.
- Process and coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure smooth travel operations.
- Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to obtain the best rates and services.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely communication with travellers.
- Monitor travel budgets and maintain accurate travel records and reports.
- Resolve travel-related issues, cancellations, and last-minute changes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational travel policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel desk or travel coordination.
- Hands-on experience in visa processing, ticket booking, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online travel booking platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
