Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve issues.Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints and queries.Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.Stay updated on product/process knowledge and company policies.
