Ø HR Executive should be capable of identifying resource gaps within the team and creating accurate job descriptions to address those gaps.
Ø HR Executive must create targeted keywords for each job role to efficiently identify and match candidate profiles with company requirements.
Ø HR Executive need to utilize various sourcing methods,
- Includes LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, and other job portals through job post and referrals.
- Reaching out to training institutions and building strong relationships with them.
- Connecting with consulting centers to source potential candidates.
- Coordinating with placement cells of various colleges in and around Trichy to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
Ø HR Executive need to plan and implement creative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job portals to expand the talent pool.
Ø HR Executive will be responsible to conduct initial screenings based on defined parameters and engage candidates through professional, effective calls to assess suitability.
Ø HR Executive should maintain consistent communication with shortlisted candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process until successful onboarding.
HR Executive will also participate in other HR functions such as onboarding, relieving and other initiatives that contribute to a positive work environment
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
