Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist at KeywordsFly, you will be the face of our brand — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals that fuel our growth. You will pitch our digital marketing and IT services, understand client needs, and offer customised solutions that solve real business problems.
What You Will Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound leads
- Pitch KeywordsFly's IT & digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMO, content, web/app development) to businesses
- Understand client needs and offer customised solutions that solve real problems
- Follow up consistently and professionally to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and deal status
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound outreach and manage inbound inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls and present service proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams for campaign alignment
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales performance reports
Who Should Apply
- Have 6–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or digital agency sales
- Are confident, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Have a strong understanding of digital marketing services (or are eager to learn fast)
- Are self-motivated, target-driven, and don't need to be chased to get things done
- Can communicate clearly in English and Hindi — spoken and written
- Are based in or can commute to Greater Noida

Salary & Compensation
Fixed Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000
per month (based on experience)
Performance Incentives
Commissions on Every Deal
