Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Experience through internships or academic projects in Application Support / Software Development
- Provide L1 support to end-users and resolve application-related technical issues
- Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
