As a Custom Software Engineer, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. You will engage with individuals from development through implementation, fostering a cooperative environment that enhances efficiency and productivity across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with resource allocation and scheduling tools.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Familiarity with risk management practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
