About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh postgraduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about market research, consumer behaviour, product positioning, and digital trends.
The Marketing Analyst will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to bring a market and end-user perspective to product decisions — through competitor research, customer insight, and product positioning support. Candidates with an understanding of UI/UX principles and emerging technologies such as AI will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend research to inform product and business decisions.
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics relevant to the product line.
- Research market and packaging trends, positioning strategies, and competitive offerings.
Product Marketing Support
- Understand product features, business value, and customer needs from a marketing perspective.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, release notes, and customer-facing feature descriptions.
- Support product positioning, feature adoption, and go-to-market messaging.
- Analyze customer feedback and user behaviour to identify marketing opportunities and improvement areas.
User & UX Perspective
- Review application screens, workflows, and user journeys from an end-user and market perspective.
- Provide input on usability and user experience decisions, in partnership with the UI/UX team, informed by competitive and consumer research.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving user engagement, adoption, and retention.
New Customer & UAT Support
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for POCs, MVPs, and releases planned for new customers or new propositions.
- Partner with the Business Analysis team upfront on new customer requirements, bringing a market and competitive perspective into the process.
- Provide the team with insights on the competitive edge the product should carry against competing offerings.
- Sensitize cross-functional teams to the value proposition from an end-user and customer perspective.
Content & Communication
- Assist in preparing marketing collateral, campaign content, and customer-facing materials.
- Draft marketing summaries, competitive reports, and insight decks for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Analysis, UI/UX) to align the marketing perspective in product decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Marketing, Market Research, Product Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh postgraduates with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies is preferred. Candidates should be willing to learn, adapt, and leverage AI solutions to improve productivity in market research, content creation, competitive analysis, and overall work efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with design and wireframing tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and social media trends.
- Exposure to marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Understanding of the product lifecycle and go-to-market processes.
