Key Responsibilities:
- Laboratory Management:
- Conduct biochemical tests and experiments accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze samples using advanced laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of all tests and procedures.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with NABL and ISO 9001-2015 standards.
- Participate in regular quality control and assurance programs.
- Data Analysis:
- Interpret and report test results to medical professionals and patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive diagnostic insights.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Regularly calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols within the laboratory environment.
- Ensure the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
