Job Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant – Part Time
Location: Nr. Bhat/Apollo Circle, Gandhinagar
Work Hours (Part Time): 2-3 hours/day (Flexible)
Timing: Flexible, as per mutual convenience. But between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: Upto 10,000/- per month in-hand. It depends on the time agreed and your skill
level and would be decided in the final interview.
Important Information:
- This is an office-based position. Work from home is not available.
- Candidate will be required to attend the office for 2 to 3 hours every day, as per the mutually agreed schedule.
- Office attendance needs to be between. Monday to Friday/Saturday.
- Tally knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- This is not a weekend-only job opportunity.
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support
our accounting, administrative, and office operations. The ideal candidate should be able
to work independently, maintain accuracy, and efficiently handle day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets
- Perform accounting tasks
- Handle filing, sorting, and document organization
- Assist with general office, administrative and sales department work
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good written communication in English
- Familiarity with operating computers, internet and office softwares.
Location Preference: Our office is conveniently located near Bhat, Tapovan, Indira
Bridge, Chandkheda, Koba, and Apollo Circle.
We are specifically looking for candidates residing within 10 km of our office near Apollo
Hospital, Bhat Area. Please apply only if you meet this location criterion.
Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in core accounting work is mandatory.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
