v Responsible to follow procedure as per SOP.
v Responsible to get the production plan from shift supervisor to achieve the production.
v Responsible to inform supervisor if any quality issues in operation..
v Responsible to follow safety practices and usage of safety PPE for individuals.
Responsible for equipment safety and inform to supervisor if any maintenance breakdown
- Reporting to production manager & Initiating production manager decision for unit production operation.
- Overall responsibility of Production activities of respective Cell production, De-burring, washing & packing.
- Monitoring the machine material arrangement.
- Responsible for Man power allocation for machine critical basis
- Monitoring the unit overall production (Machining, de-burring, washing & packing, including materials & equipments).
- Ensuring the Setting tool arrangement & Spare tool follow-up
- Responsible for In-process rejection review, Corrective & preventive action and implantation of horizontal deployment for all areas.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
