Job Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage client communication, shipment coordination support, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide shipment updates and coordinate closely with the operations team.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update CRM/database systems.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support documentation processes and order tracking activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and submit daily customer support reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam; Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and professional email communication.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in logistics or customer support will be considered an advantage.
