Experience:Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Aluminium Window, Fenestration, Façade Systems, or related building materials industry. Experience in specification sales, architect engagement, façade consulting, and project-based business development is preferred. The role involves driving specification-led growth, engaging with architects, façade consultants & PMC teams, positioning IWIN-S, IWIN-E & façade systems, influencing projects at design stage, ensuring inclusion in tender documents, and supporting project pipeline creation across India.
Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of aluminium window & façade systems, specification selling, relationship management, presentation & communication skills, market development, and project coordination abilities.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / BE Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / MBA preferred.
Location: Bengaluru (Pan-India Influence Role)
Travel Requirement: Frequent travel required across Bengaluru & Pan-India project locations.
