Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Brand & Marketing Executive to join our team in Kharar.
The candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, planning marketing campaigns, promoting our cafe, managing local marketing activities, and supporting the company's overall brand growth.
The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, good communication skills, and an understanding of both offline and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the cafe and brand.
- Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Handle local marketing activities, promotions, and brand activations.
- Assist in planning social media content, promotions, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other marketing resources.
- Research local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Identify new platforms, channels, and opportunities for brand promotion.
- Plan promotional activities for new launches, offers, and special events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, communities, and relevant businesses for marketing collaborations.
- Support the company's brand expansion and market-entry initiatives.
- Track marketing campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.
- Suggest new marketing ideas and strategies to improve brand visibility and customer reach.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking and an understanding of branding.
- Good knowledge of local marketing and promotional activities.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take initiative.
- Candidates with experience in cafe, restaurant, food, hospitality, retail, or FMCG marketing will be preferred.
