An NGO Fundraiser (Healthcare, Livelihoods & Tribal Development) is responsible for securing the financial resources needed to eliminate health disparities, create sustainable livelihoods, and provide tailored skill development for uneducated tribal communities. This role directly transforms marginalized lives by funding medical access and empowering remote populations with employable, traditional, or vocational skills.

* Core Mission: Secure institutional, corporate, and individual funding to drive healthcare equity, livelihood creation, and inclusive skill development for underserved tribal and marginalized communities.
## Key Responsibilities
* CSR & Corporate Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and secure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding from companies focusing on rural development, tribal welfare, and healthcare initiatives.
* Grant Writing & Institutional Funding: Research and apply for domestic and international grants (such as from ministries, international foundations, and trusts) dedicated to indigenous/tribal empowerment, public health, and literacy-free vocational training.
* Strategic Proposal Development: Design highly contextual funding proposals that explicitly address the unique barriers faced by uneducated tribal members (e.g., language gaps, lack of formal schooling, geographical isolation).
* Major Donor & HNI Engagement: Cultivate relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to sponsor specific tribal training centers, mobile medical vans, or community livelihood hubs.
* Impact Reporting & Storytelling: Collaborate with ground teams to monitor project metrics (e.g., health outcomes, tribal income increases) and translate these into powerful, transparent impact reports and donation appeals.
* Fundraising Events & Product Marketing: Organize community awareness campaigns, charity drives, and exhibitions to showcase and sell artisan products created by tribal members during their skill development programs.
## Qualifications & Skills
* Education: No Graduation Required, Knowledge in Social Work (MSW), Tribal Studies, Public Health, Rural Development, or a related field is a Plus.
* Experience: 0 to2 years of proven fundraising success, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly on tribal welfare, rural livelihoods, or community health projects.
* Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of tribal socio-economic dynamics, FCRA regulations (for foreign funding), and relevant government schemes or CSR mandates.
* Empathetic Communication: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives that respect the dignity of tribal communities while convincing donors of the critical need for funding.
* Language Skills: Fluency in regional languages .
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
