Job Description
Key Role and Responsibilities
l Management end to end security of infrastructure and services of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud.
l Collaborate with operation team to ensure optimal configuration of cloud infrastructure and services for security best practices.
l Support operation team to design security controls for cloud environment and SAS services.
l Analyze security alerts and take necessary action to mitigate the risk for a wide variety of systems and services of cloud environment.
l Conduct security assessment and configuration review on regular basis to identify gaps and take actions to mitigate them.
l Evaluate, build, deploy, and manage security tools and services in cloud.
l Design and implement processes for access to cloud environment.
l Tweak security policies and configuration to strengthen threat detection capabilities and minimize false positives.
l Document playbooks, procedure, and hardening guidelines to effectively manage cloud security.
l Collaborate with security operations, engineering, and compliance to strategize and execute cloud security needs.
l Assist teams in solving security issues in a manner that complies with business requirements and best practices.
l Review architecture and design of application and systems from security aspect to have a secure workflow.
l Work as SME for Cloud security domain.
l Prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and presentation on cloud and AIML areas / for Sr. Mgmt./committees.
Qualification / Experience (No of years & type) / Age
- Bachelor’s in computer science/IT/, M.C.A. or equivalent University degree
- 5+ years of experience working in cloud security.
- Experience in evaluating, deploying, and customizing security tools.
- Thorough understanding of cloud and network security
- Knowledge of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- CEH or CompTIA security+
- Certifications (Others)
§ CCSP,
§ Cloud Service Provider certifications like AWS, Google, Azure etc.
