Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating records, processing documentation, performing accurate data entry, preparing reports, coordinating internal communications, and supporting various departments as needed. You will be expected to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word), excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
