Job Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Chairman by providing strategic, administrative, and operational support
. The role demands exceptional discretion, business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex schedules, high-level stakeholder interactions, and confidential information in a fast-paced corporate environment
. Support Manage the Chairman's calendar, priorities, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare daily briefing notes, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Communication & Correspondence Draft speeches, emails, presentations, official letters, and confidential correspondence.
Review documents before they reach the Chairman.
Confidentiality Handle highly sensitive business information with complete discretion.
Maintain confidential records, agreements, and strategic documents.
Project Coordination Monitor cross-functional projects across multiple business units.
Follow up with leadership teams on deadlines and deliverables
. MBA or Executive Management qualification preferred.
Experience 12–20 years of experience supporting Chairmen, CEOs, Managing Directors, or Promoters.
Experience in large manufacturing groups, diversified conglomerates, infrastructure, energy, telecom, or Fortune 500 organizations is preferred.
