A Real Estate Sales Manager drives revenue and profitability by leading a team of agents, executing property sales strategies, and managing client relations. They oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—and monitor local market trends to meet aggressive business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to hit individual and collective sales quotas.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans, marketing initiatives, and pricing strategies for residential weekend villa plotting project.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Assist agents in complex negotiations, client presentations, and deal closures to ensure smooth transactions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build a robust network of high-net-worth clients, investors, and brokers.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales pipelines, prepare revenue forecasts, and manage CRM operations.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or property management, with a track record of supervisory success.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, market analysis, CRM proficiency, and exceptional communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
