About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students through cold calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into admissions while providing professional guidance about courses and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound cold calls to prospective students from provided databases and leads.
* Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
* Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
* Convert inquiries into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
* Handle follow-up calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and maintain regular communication.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.
* Resolve student queries professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Prepare daily and weekly call reports and meet individual performance targets.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal communication in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
* Strong cold calling, telecalling, and sales skills.
* Good counseling, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
* Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–4 years of experience in admission counseling, telesales, education counseling, or B2C sales.
* Freshers with outstanding communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Preferred Experience
* Education, EdTech, Training Institute, Beauty Academy, or Skill Development industry.
* Experience in cold calling and lead conversion.

Pay: ₹20,514.28 - ₹35,418.60 per month
Work Location: In person
