Role Overview
We are hiring a candidate who knows most of the commonly used AI tools and can apply them across writing, research, design, productivity, and light automation tasks. This role is suitable for freshers with strong AI tool knowledge or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to create, edit, and improve content such as drafts, summaries, reports, and internal documents.
- Apply AI tools for research, idea generation, planning, and task support.
- Support the team with productivity tools for notes, scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
- Create basic visuals, presentations, and social content using AI-assisted design tools.
- Handle simple workflow improvements and reusable templates using no-code or low-code tools.
- Review AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and usefulness before sharing.
- Keep learning new tools and suggest better ways to complete work faster.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of most commonly used AI tools.
- Strong written communication and basic editing skills.
- Ability to understand and use new tools quickly.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Freshers or candidates with around 1 year of experience may apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using AI tools for writing, design, research, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of digital content creation.
- Interest in learning newer AI platforms and updates.
