We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and HR administration while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, and other management-related documentation.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
