Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure best practices are implemented across all campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques.
2. Client Engagement:
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and insights.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies.
3. Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO professionals, fostering skill development and innovation.
- Build a collaborative culture within the team to achieve operational excellence.
4. Technical SEO Expertise:
- Oversee technical SEO audits and recommend site architecture improvements.
- Ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices, including schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
- Work with web development teams to resolve technical issues affecting search rankings.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Define KPIs and track the performance of SEO campaigns using analytics tools.
- Analyze data to uncover insights and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collaboration and Innovation:
- Collaborate with content, paid media, and design teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Explore new tools, platforms, and technologies to keep the SEO practice at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 14-16 years of hands-on experience in SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Proven track record of delivering results for large-scale SEO projects and enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience with website analytics, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Experience in integrating SEO with other digital marketing disciplines, such as paid search and content marketing.
- A background in managing international/multi-language SEO campaigns is a plus.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
