1. Steward
Experience: 0–3 years
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
- Ensure a positive guest experience.
2. Captain
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the service team.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Take and monitor guest orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team.
- Train and guide stewards and junior team members.
- Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
3. Cashier
Experience: 1–3 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions.
- Generate accurate bills and process payments.
- Manage POS operations and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with the service and accounts teams.
- Handle guest billing queries professionally.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality/restaurant operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates who can relocate are welcome.
