Job Summary
The Scanning Executive is responsible for digitizing physical documents, maintaining accurate digital records, and ensuring proper document management in line with company policies. The role requires attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and digitize loan-related and customer documents efficiently
- Ensure proper indexing and filing of scanned documents in the system
- Verify document quality, clarity, and completeness before uploading
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and financial information
- Organize and manage physical files for easy retrieval
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for document requirements
- Ensure all documents are uploaded within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Handle bulk scanning and data entry tasks with high accuracy
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate / 12th Pass (minimum)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Experience in document handling or backend operations is preferred

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scanning tools)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
