We are seeking a skilled Site Civil & MEP Engineer to manage and execute our on-site construction & MEP operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between structural design and MEP systems. You will supervise the installation of electrical, and plumbing networks while ensuring all site grading, concrete work, and infrastructure align perfectly with blueprint specifications.
Core Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily construction & MEP activities to ensure all civil and MEP installations meet approved design drawings and safety standards.
- Civil Integration: Manage structural groundwork, earthworks, concrete pouring, and site surveying to ensure MEP pathways (ducts, piping, and conduit) are structurally accommodated.
- MEP Systems Management: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, panels, plumbing systems.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between architects, structural consultants, Design Teams and MEP technicians to prevent structural clashes.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Perform routine quality checks, ensure strict compliance with Drawings.
- Material & Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement, inventory, and quality of incoming construction materials and MEP equipment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, manage RFI (Request for Information) logs, and update marked-up "as-built" drawings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
