Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Multi-Cuisine Chef / Fast Food Chef for our food outlet in Mahipalpur, Delhi. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing Chinese food, grilled chicken, shawarma, chicken burgers, sandwiches, shakes, and mocktails.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese dishes such as Fried Rice, Noodles, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, etc.
- Prepare and serve Shawarma, Chicken Burgers, Sandwiches, and Grilled Chicken.
- Make Shakes, Mocktails, Cold Beverages, and Café-style drinks.
- Handle food preparation, marination, sauces, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and reduce food wastage.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during busy hours.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Restaurant, Café, Fast Food Outlet, QSR, Cloud Kitchen, or Food Court.
- Good knowledge of Chinese Cuisine and Fast Food Preparation.
- Experience in Shawarma Counter, Grill Section, Burger Station, or Sandwich Preparation.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Practices.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
