Role : Business Development Executive
Location: Veppamoodu, Nagercoil (On-site, Work from Office | Willingness for field work)
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers with strong fundamentals can also apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strategic professional relationships with College Principals, Placement Officers, Heads of Departments, and key faculty members to facilitate institutional collaborations and formalize MOUs.
- Drive lead generation through the execution of campus-based initiatives, ensuring all prospective student data is meticulously recorded and managed within the CRM for effective nurturing and conversion.
- Conduct frequent institutional visits to present and pitch Karka’s diverse service offerings, including Hackathons, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and technical workshops.
- Act as the primary organizational representative at academic symposiums, conferences, job fairs, and other high-level networking forums.
- Establish and provide ongoing oversight for Karka Student Communities within partner institutions to ensure sustained brand engagement and community growth.
- Oversee the design, production, and distribution of official certification for students participating in institutional programs and seminars.
- Synchronize efforts with Sales and CRO teams to monitor the lead lifecycle, ensuring consistent engagement and high conversion rates from initial contact to enrollment.
- Direct all physical marketing and promotional activities, including the strategic deployment of billboards, posters, brochures, and on-campus advertising collateral to maximize brand visibility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
