- Has 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to running ads
- Has worked with Meta Ads and at least one marketplace platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar)
- Is comfortable reading basic campaign data and understanding what's working and what's not
- Has basic skills in tools like Canva, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
- Is eager to learn, takes feedback well, and doesn't need constant hand-holding
- Communicates clearly and follows through on tasks
- Bonus: familiar with Google Ads, SEO basics, or AI tools
