Position Overview
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging healthcare-related content, growing online communities, generating leads, and leveraging social media to build brand awareness and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Design graphics, videos, and marketing materials that reflect our brand and services.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote home health services, recruitment initiatives, community outreach, and patient education.
- Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current with social media trends, healthcare marketing best practices, and platform updates.
- Assist with website content, blogs, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and audience reach.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, home health, nursing, medical staffing, or related industries.
