Job Summary
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across social media, ads, print, and events. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to design scroll-stopping creatives that drive course enquiries and enrolments. Whether you are a talented fresher with a strong portfolio or a designer with up to 2 years of experience, if you have an eye for detail and love creating for a young student audience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, ad banners, posters, carousels, and story/reel graphics for our courses and campaigns
- Create marketing collateral — brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, and event branding materials
- Design creatives for paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads in coordination with the digital marketing team
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all designs — colours, typography, and visual style
- Edit short videos and reels for social media, including motion graphics and text animations
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors for offline materials
- Explore AI-assisted design tools to speed up and enhance creative output
- Support design needs for seminars, workshops, tech fests, and student engagement events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or any discipline with a strong design portfolio
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Canva and Figma
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut for reels and motion graphics
- A portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, branding, or marketing design work (mandatory)
- Good sense of layout, typography, and colour for a Kerala student audience
- Ability to handle multiple design requests, take feedback positively, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
