MEICON is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to support talent acquisition for both US-based and India-based engineering and project roles, while also contributing to business development and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, source high-quality engineering talent, support project staffing, and participate in expanding client relationships and new business opportunities.This role offers significant exposure to complex transportation and infrastructure projects, along with strong opportunities for professional growth.

Skills and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for both US and India requirements across engineering, project management and various support roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and talent databases.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical expertise, relevant experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels, hiring managers, and US-based stakeholders.
- Maintain structured recruitment workflows including candidate trackers, interview logs, status sheets, and selection reports.
- Manage onboarding processes, including offer letters, documentation, and coordination for smooth candidate joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent for ongoing and future project needs.
- Interact regularly with US-based clients, project managers, and internal teams to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
- Support in gathering staffing forecasts, skill matrices, and detailed role descriptions for upcoming projects.
- Communicate recruitment status, candidate progress, and hiring challenges proactively to stakeholders.
- Schedule and support virtual coordination meetings with US teams; document action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in identifying potential clients, engineering firms, and staffing partners across the US and India to support business expansion.
- Support business development outreach through emails, LinkedIn messaging, networking, and initial client engagement.
- Prepare and maintain business development materials such as capability decks, proposals, company profiles, and lead trackers.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, understand scope, and assist in preparing proposals and submissions.
- Maintain updated records of BD opportunities, leads, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct market research and assist leadership in identifying strategic growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, dashboards, MIS reports, and trackers for internal and client reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring progress reports, dashboards, and data summaries for leadership review.
- Ensure data integrity, candidate confidentiality, and adherence to organizational standards and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor recruitment-related KPIs, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Support HR operations including drafting offer letters, updating employee records, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining structured documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, or infrastructure domains.
- Strong communication, sourcing expertise, and a proactive mindset to help grow MEICON’s workforce and business footprint.
- Experience recruiting for both US and India roles is highly preferred.
- Exposure to business development, pre-sales activities, or client engagement is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, project lifecycles, and technical skillsets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interaction with global clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and international counterparts.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
