Senior Technical Writer
We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer with 1-3 years of experience in the Product department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for our products.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, manuals, and online help resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.

Translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation for a diverse audience.

Manage documentation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a Product department.

Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar. API's
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
