Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef responsible for preparing high-quality, hygienic, and nutritious meals for company employees. The Chef will manage daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per company menu.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Plan menu in coordination with management.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and dining area.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and food items.
- Monitor stock levels and inform purchase department for replenishment.
- Supervise kitchen helpers and staff.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef in company, hotel, or industrial kitchen.
- Knowledge of Indian and basic multi-cuisine food preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage kitchen staff.
- Good time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in similar role.
