Job Summary
Anantham is looking for an experienced Interior & Civil Site Engineer to oversee the execution of civil construction and interior fit-out works at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards while coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior execution activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage site labour, subcontractors, and material utilisation efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure superior workmanship and finishing standards.
- Verify measurements, prepare BOQs, and certify contractor billing.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to minimise delays.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including material records, work progress, and site reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience in site planning, execution, quality control, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of construction materials, finishing works, and estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in civil construction and interior project execution.
- Experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or luxury real estate projects will be an added advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work from Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand.
