Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor registration and maintain the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and basic documentation.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Respond to email inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
