We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Review material selections, specifications, and design standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project objectives.
- Mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Participate in client presentations and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BIM workflows and sustainable design practices.
- Knowledge of project coordination and contract administration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
